Ingredients

  • 6 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Boneless Pork Chops thawed
  • 1 bottle of your favorite wheat beer, for marinade
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dark chili powder
  • More beer for serving, optional

Instructions

  • To create the marinade, combine wheat beer, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt, pepper, dry mustard, and dark chili powder in a medium-sized bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
  • Pour marinade into a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag, add pork chops, and seal.
  • Let pork chops marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  • Preheat grill to high.
  • Remove pork chops from marinade and place on grill.
  • Grill over high heat 3-4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit, as per a meat thermometer.
  • Serve with a cold glass of wheat beer (optional).
