- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Classic Patty Melt
Season the Omaha Steaks Burger with Omaha Steaks Seasoning and cook via your preferred method to your desired doneness.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of rye bread.
Grill the bread with mayonnaise-side down in pan.
Melt the sliced Swiss cheese on the bread slices.
Put the burger and the sautéed onions between the melted cheese.
Cut in half and serve.
