Beef Kabobs
- 1 lb. Omaha Steaks Beef Sirloin Tips
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 large lime, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 small red onion, cut into 8 thin wedges
- 1 10 oz. container grape or cherry tomatoes
Mojo Sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Beef Kabobs
Season thawed sirloin tips with pepper.
Alternately thread sirloin tips with lime and onion wedges evenly onto four skewers.
Thread tomatoes evenly onto four skewers.
Place kabobs on grill over medium heat. Add sirloin kabobs first and grill, uncovered, about 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, as per a meat thermometer, turning occasionally.
Add tomato kabobs and grill, uncovered, about 2 to 4 minutes or until slightly softened, turning occasionally.
Drizzle mojo sauce over kabobs before serving.
