Ingredients

Beef Kabobs

  • 1 lb. Omaha Steaks Beef Sirloin Tips
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 large lime, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 8 thin wedges
  • 1 10 oz. container grape or cherry tomatoes

Mojo Sauce

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Mojo Sauce

  • Combine all ingredients in small bowl and whisk until well incorporated; set aside.

Beef Kabobs

  • Season thawed sirloin tips with pepper.
  • Alternately thread sirloin tips with lime and onion wedges evenly onto four skewers.
  • Thread tomatoes evenly onto four skewers.
  • Place kabobs on grill over medium heat. Add sirloin kabobs first and grill, uncovered, about 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, as per a meat thermometer, turning occasionally.
  • Add tomato kabobs and grill, uncovered, about 2 to 4 minutes or until slightly softened, turning occasionally.
  • Drizzle mojo sauce over kabobs before serving.
