Grilled Marinated Swordfish topped with a Fresh Mango Salsa

Swordfish Steaks

olive oil

garlic
fresh, chopped

lime
juiced

cilantro
chopped

tsp.
salt

black pepper
Fresh mango salsa
(recipe below)
Fresh Mango Salsa:

cups
fresh mango
peeled, seeded, and diced 1/4"
1/4
cup
red onion
diced 1/8"

Tbsp.
cilantro
finely chopped

Tbsp.
jalapeno pepper
seeded and minced

Tbsp.
red bell peppers
diced 1/8"

Tbsp.
fresh lime juice
Instructions
Combine Olive oil, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Pour marinate over Swordfish steaks and let marinate overnight in the fridge.
Cook swordfish over hot mesquite.
Top with Fresh Mango Salsa and serve.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
