Preheat oven to 400° F.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
In large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, seasoned salt, smoked paprika, and hot sauce. Add kielbasa, pierogi, peppers, and onions and toss to coat evenly.
Pour mixture onto sheet pan in one layer.
Place sheet pan on center rack of oven and bake for 15 minutes. Flip ingredients and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until pierogi are puffy and golden.
Remove from oven, top with green onions, and serve with crema.
