Preheat oven to 350° F. Cover a baking sheet with foil and top with a metal baking rack. Set aside.
Place crushed potato chips in a shallow baking dish. Coat each steak in steak sauce. Press all sides of the steak in crushed potato chips. Repeat with each steak.
Preheat oil in a large skillet to medium. Place steaks in pan. Sauté each side of steak for 4 minutes or until chips are golden brown.
Place steaks on prepared baking sheet. Place in preheated oven on center rack. Bake for 8-10 minutes for a medium rare steak or cook until your steak has reached desired temperature.
