Ingredients

Marinated Ramen Eggs

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 oz. water

Steak and Ramen Bowl

  • 1 9 oz. Omaha Steaks Private Reserve® Wagyu New York Strips thawed
  • 2 packs Buldak Carbonara ramen
  • 4 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 marinated ramen eggs

Instructions

Marinated Ramen Eggs

  • Boil your eggs for exactly 6 1/2 minutes.
  • Plunge the eggs in an ice bath to stop the bowl process.
  • Combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sriracha, rice vinegar, and water in a bowl.
  • Peel eggs, place eggs in a jar, and pour in marinade.
  • Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Wagyu Steak

  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a pan to medium-high heat. Add the steak, flipping every minute until you reach an internal temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit as per a meat theometer for medium-rare doneness.
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes and it will climb in temperature to 125-128 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice and add to the ramen bowl.

Steak and Ramen Bowl

  • Boil the Buldak noodles and save 1/2 a cup of the water
  • Combine the Buldak sauce packet, Buldak powder packet, mayo, garlic, and egg yolks in a bowl.
  • Add the 1/2 cup of noodle water into the bowl and stir.
  • Add your noodles, then top with chili oil, sliced wagyu, ramen eggs, and green onions.
