Ingredients

  • 4 5.5 oz. Omaha Steaks Bourbon-Glazed Salmon Fillets thawed
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 2 medium ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
  • Balsamic dressing, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place salmon fillets on baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • In a large serving bowl (or 4 individual salad bowls), add spinach, strawberries, avocado, cucumber, shallots, feta cheese, and pine nuts. Drizzle with dressing and toss until well coated.
  • Serve with warm salmon filets.
