Gochujang Sauce

- 2 teaspoons spicy sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup gochujang
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, optional for extra spice
In a skillet over low heat, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
Whisk in ketchup, gochujang, rice wine vinegar, tamari, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using). Cook until sauce begins to bubble and thicken slightly.
Remove from heat and cool completely. Transfer to a glass jar for storage.
Serve with your favorite cut of Omaha Steaks.
