Garlic Bread Meatball Sliders
Ingredients
Garlic Butter
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Meatball Sliders
- 1 18 oz. package Omaha Steaks Fully Cooked Beef Meatballs still frozen
- 12 dinner rolls
- Prepared garlic butter
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Garlic Butter
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley in a small bowl and mix until fully incorporated.
Meatball Sliders
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Put frozen meatballs on a foil-lined baking pan or dish, place on rack in center of oven, and bake for about 10 minutes. They will finish heating in garlic bread steps.
- Cut a small hole in the center of each dinner roll and remove just enough bread to make room for a meatball.
- Spread garlic butter over and inside the hole of each roll.
- Place one par-heated meatball in each roll and top rolls with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, rolls are toasted, and meatballs’ internal temperature reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit, as per a meat thermometer.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and enjoy!

Pull-Apart Meatball Sliders
Ingredients
- 12 Omaha Steaks Fully Cooked Beef Meatballs
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Whisk together butter, Parmesan, grated garlic, garlic powder, parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt in a small mixing bowl until well combined; divide into 2 servings.
- Separate roll tops from bottoms, keeping all 12 of each connected as one piece, place bottom piece on small baking sheet, and brush with 1 serving prepared garlic butter.
- Layer bottom piece with four slices of provolone, followed by the 12 meatballs. Spoon marinara sauce over meatballs and top with remaining 4 slices of provolone.
- Place the top piece of rolls over the top layer of provolone.
- Using a pastry brush, brush other serving of garlic butter over top.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, until the meatballs’ internal temperature reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit, as per a meat thermometer.
- Finish with freshly grated Parmesan and serve!

Ingredients
- 6 Omaha Steaks Fully Cooked Beef Meatballs thawed and quartered
- 1/2 cup red sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 oz. mozzarella cheese block, divided
- 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. On a large parchment-lined baking sheet, lay down 6 even dollops of red sauce spaced at least 2 inches apart.
- Add one quartered meatball on top of each sauce dollop, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place divided mozzarella on top of each.
- Cut puff pastry sheets into 6 rectangles about 2 inches wide and 4 inches long. Lay each piece of puff pastry over each meatball, sauce, and cheese portion, gently pressing down the borders of the pastry to seal in the ingredients.
- Whisk the egg thoroughly in a small bowl, then use a pastry brush to brush a thin layer of egg wash on top of each piece of pastry.
- Place in oven to bake for about 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Use a spatula to flip the pastries to reveal the meatballs, sauce, and cheese, then garnish with fresh basil.

- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Italian cheese blend or grated Parmesan cheese
Grilled Chimichurri-Marinated Top Sirloins

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use a paper towel to grease inside muffin pan cups with oil.
- Use a blender to blend egg, milk, oil, and salt until smooth.

- Add cheese and perform 5-7 more quick pulses.

Ahi Tuna Shots
Equipment
- Silicone Shot Glass Molds, 9-Cavity
Ingredients
Ahi Tuna Filling
- 2 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Sushi-Grade Ahi Tuna Steaks thawed and finely minced
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 lime, juiced
Rice Shots
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 oz. rice vinegar, optional
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup panko
- 1/2 gallon frying oil
Garnish
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 oz. chives, diced
Instructions
Ahi Tuna Filling
- Combine ahi tuna steaks, green onion, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice in a medium mixing bowl.
- Place in a resealable bag to later pipe into rice shots.
Rice Shots
- Rinse rice before adding rice and water to a rice cooker and cook according to package directions.
- When rice is ready, allow it to cool, then add optional rice vinegar.
- Put rice in mold and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Pop rice cups out of mold and roll first in flour, then egg wash, then panko.
- Deep fry in oil at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Plating
- Pipe ahi tuna filling into fried rice shot.
- Top with sliced jalapeño and chives.

- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice

- 4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
- 1/2 cup onions, small diced
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 2 teaspoons smoked Spanish paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 to 3 dashes hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 medium Roma tomato, small diced
- 3 romaine leaves, finely chopped
- Prepared sauce
- Tortilla chips or potato chips for serving

Sauce
- Place mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle juice, and hot sauce in a medium bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Ground Beef Cheesy Dip
- Add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil to an 8-inch cast-iron pan over high heat, then add thawed ground beef, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook beef for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
- Remove beef with slotted spoon and set aside; add onions to pan and cook until caramelized, about 90 seconds.
- Whisk flour into onions and cook for about 10 seconds, then add heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce, bring to a boil, then immediately reduce to a low-heat simmer.
- Then whisk in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, and room temperature cream cheese; continue whisking until cheeses have fully melted and emulsified into a cream-like consistency over about 2 minutes.
- Stir browned beef into cheese sauce, season to taste with salt and pepper, and remove from heat.
- Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella shredded cheeses and place under broiler on low setting until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Top with lettuce and tomatoes and a drizzle of previously prepared sauce.
- Serve dip and remaining sauce with tortilla or potato chips.
