- 4 Omaha Steaks PureGround Filet Mignon Burgers
- Fresh arugula
- Pesto or herbed mayo (optional)
- Connecticut shrimp roll
- 4 Brioche Hamburger Buns

Ingredients
- ½ stick 4T unsalted butter
- 2 T. chives
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 16 oz Package Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp
Instructions
- Pre heat a medium skillet to medium-high. Add butter, cook until butter has melted.
- Add, chives, salt, pepper and shrimp to pan.
- Cook for 2 minutes, turn shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve.
