Are you ready for a snack-time game-changer? Well, you’re in luck, because we guarantee these are nacho average nachos! This smoked brisket nacho recipe is the perfect way to repurpose your brisket dinner leftovers and guaranteed to become your new go-to snack. Instead of piling the toppings high over just a few chips, we’re spreading the crispy tortilla chips across the bottom of a large baking dish to ensure maximum coverage. Then we’re covering them with ooey gooey cheeses and our secret weapon: beef brisket! Then we finish them with homemade pico de gallo and shredded lettuce and serve with a side of more pico de gallo, sour cream, and homemade guacamole for a nacho experience you’ll want to share – or even keep all to yourself!
