1. Create Your Mustard Crema

This tangy mustard crema is as easy to create as it is delicious! Simply combine your sour cream, whole grain mustard, dill, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl, cover, and then refrigerate until it’s time to plate your meal.

2. Prep Your Pierogi, Sausage, Onions, and Peppers

Save time by preheating your oven to 400° F before you begin preparing your meat and vegetables. Next, line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil, which will make cleanup even easier! Then, combine your olive oil, seasoned salt, smoked paprika, and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl. And finally, add your Omaha Steaks Kielbasa Sausages, pierogi of your choice, peppers, and onions to the bowl and toss everything well to coat evenly.

3. Let the Oven Do the Rest

Pour this mouthwatering mixture onto your lined sheet pan in one even layer, taking care not to overlap your ingredients to ensure even cooking. Place the sheet pan on the center rack of your preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Flip all of the ingredients and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until your pierogi are puffy and golden.
