Ribeye Burgers with Zesty Mushrooms

Menu

Love ribeyes? Love mushrooms? Our grilled ribeye burger with zesty mushroom recipe combines these two flavors for the best burger recipe ever. This simple, gourmet burger will delight your taste buds and have you reaching for seconds.

How to Make a Mushroom Burger

Omaha Steaks PureGround® Ribeye burgers look like a burger, but taste like a steak. The patties are made from 100% Omaha Steaks aged ribeye beef, resulting in rich ribeye flavor and incredible juiciness. They are big 6 ounce burgers, individually sealed, and ready for your grill.

1. Prepare the Zesty Mushrooms

Sauté the mushrooms with oil and salt in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened and brown. Feel free to use your choice of mushrooms to change the flavor profile of this burger topping. Combine the sautéed mushrooms with a blend of flavorful spices and marinade at least 15 minutes. Make this zesty mushroom recipe ahead of time and store in the fridge for up to three days.

2. Grill Your Burger

Serve up a juicy burger for dinner in a flash – Omaha Steaks burgers can be grilled in a few simple steps. Try grilling the juicy ribeye burger in a cast iron skillet. This burger has higher fat content (making a juicier burger), and a cast iron skillet can help reduce flareups on the grill.

3. Build Your Mushroom Burger

Add zesty mushrooms, arugula, and Havarti cheese to the grilled ribeye patty for a gourmet burger experience. Grill up a juicy ribeye burger and make a mouthwatering mushroom burger with the following ingredients.
