Wheat Beer-Marinated Boneless Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 6 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Boneless Pork Chops thawed
- 1 bottle of your favorite wheat beer, for marinade
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon dark chili powder
- More beer for serving, optional
Instructions
- To create the marinade, combine wheat beer, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt, pepper, dry mustard, and dark chili powder in a medium-sized bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
- Pour marinade into a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag, add pork chops, and seal.
- Let pork chops marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
- Preheat grill to high.
- Remove pork chops from marinade and place on grill.
