The Best Swordfish Steaks
Nothing compares to the ocean-fresh flavor of an Omaha Steaks Swordfish Steak. Responsibly sourced from oceans across the globe, these steaks come to you flash-frozen to preserve all of the wonderful fresh flavors of the fish. Firm and flaky in texture this exotic fish often gets compared to a steak. Rich in protein and Omega-3s along with loads of Vitamin B-12 and Vitamin D, swordfish is a great option for those looking for a hearty yet healthy meal.
Each flash-frozen steak comes to you individually vacuum-sealed for maximum safety and cooking convenience. Before cooking your swordfish, each steak will need to thaw using one of two methods: refrigerator thawing or the cold-water method. Thaw in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours before cooking, or, for faster thawing, remove the steaks from their packaging and place them in a sealable plastic bag. Remove as much air from the bag as possible and immerse the bag in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.
How to Make Grilled Swordfish with Pineapple Ginger Salsa
This recipe is simple and packed with a variety of flavors. Prepare the pineapple ginger salsa by combining all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Fire up the grill and preheat to high heat.
