Grilled Marinated Swordfish topped with a Fresh Mango Salsa
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 4 Swordfish Steaks
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic fresh, chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Fresh mango salsa (recipe below)
Fresh Mango Salsa:
- 2 cups fresh mango peeled, seeded, and diced 1/4"
- 1/4 cup red onion diced 1/8"
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
- 2 Tbsp. red bell peppers diced 1/8"
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Combine Olive oil, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Pour marinate over Swordfish steaks and let marinate overnight in the fridge.
- Cook swordfish over hot mesquite.
- Top with Fresh Mango Salsa and serve.
Fresh Mango Salsa
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
