  • 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Sautéed Onions

  • Prepare your sautéed onions by adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a medium-sized pan and bringing it to medium-high heat. Sauté onions until slightly caramelized and tender, about 6 to 8 minutes.

  • Season the Omaha Steaks Burger with Omaha Steaks Seasoning and cook via your preferred method to your desired doneness.
  • Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of rye bread.
  • Grill the bread with mayonnaise-side down in pan.
  • Melt the sliced Swiss cheese on the bread slices.
  • Put the burger and the sautéed onions between the melted cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve.
