Ingredients
- 4 5 oz. Omaha Steaks Air-Chilled Boneless Chicken Breasts thawed
- 2 teaspoons Omaha Steaks Seasoning, divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 2 oranges
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Evenly season each thawed chicken breast with 1/2 teaspoon Omaha Steaks Seasoning.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in small nonstick skillet.
- Add seasoned chicken breasts to skillet and brown quickly on each side.
- Lower heat and add citrus juices.
- Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit as per a meat thermometer.
