BBQ Pork Sliders with Cole Slaw
A classic gonei! Follow this recipe to make the tastiesti BBQ pork sliders you and your guests have ever seen - each is outfitted with tasty Omaha Steaks BBQ Pulled Pork, a sassy custom Coleslaw, and the proper toppings.

Ingredients
- * Makes 18 Sliders
- 1 box #1625 Omaha Steaks Pulled BBQ Pork
- 18 Each Pretzel Slider Buns
- 1 recipe Red and Green Coleslaw
- 18 each Pickle Slices
- 18 each Bamboo Picks
Red and Green Coleslaw
- * Makes 1 Quart
- 1.5 Cups Shredded Green Cabbage
- 1.5 Cups Shredded Red Cabbage
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. celery seed
Instructions
- Prepare Cole Slaw using recipe below.
- Remove thawed BBQ Pork from packaging and place in saucepan. Heat over medium heat while stirring constantly for 5-6 minutes.
- Build sliders by placing a 1/4 cup of Omaha Steaks Pulled BBQ Pork on the bottom each bun.
- Next place a 1/4 cup of Red and Green Coleslaw on top of the pork.
- Place the top bun on and garnish with a pickle slice on top with a Bamboo Pick through the middle to hold everything together.
Red and Green Coleslaw
- Combine all ingredients but cabbage and carrots and mix well.
- Just before service mix dressing with cabbage and carrots.
