Sheet Pan Pierogi With Sausage, Onions, and Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
Mustard Crema
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Pierogi With Sausage, Onions, and Peppers
- 4 (3 oz.) Omaha Steaks Kielbasa Sausages, thawed and sliced into fourths
- 1 (16 oz.) package frozen pierogi (any flavor)
- 2 large bell peppers, stemmed, seeded, and sliced
- 1 large yellow onion, peeled, halved, and sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or similar
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
Mustard Crema
- Combine sour cream, whole grain mustard, dill, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until needed.
Pierogi With Sausage, Onions, and Peppers
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- In large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, seasoned salt, smoked paprika, and hot sauce. Add kielbasa, pierogi, peppers, and onions and toss to coat evenly.
- Pour mixture onto sheet pan in one layer.
- Place sheet pan on center rack of oven and bake for 15 minutes. Flip ingredients and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until pierogi are puffy and golden.
- Remove from oven, top with green onions, and serve with crema.

Ingredients
- 4 (5 oz.) Omaha Steaks Butcher's Cut Filet Mignons, thawed and patted dry
- 2 teaspoons Omaha Steaks Seasoning or your favorite all-purpose seasoning
- 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil or other high smoke point oil
- 1 pound mixed mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed, and quartered
- 1 (16 oz.) package shelf stable potato gnocchi, separated
- 1 pound asparagus, washed and cut into 2” pieces
- 1 large shallot, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 tablespoons fresh sage, finely chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, gnocchi, asparagus, shallot, 4tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
- Line a sheet tray with foil or parchment paper and spread gnocchi mixture in an even layer.
- Place sheet pan in oven on center rack and bake for 15 minutes.
- Preheat a large skillet to medium-high
- Remove steaks from packaging, pat dry, and season evenly with Omaha Steaks Seasoning.
- Add grapeseed oil and seasoned steaks to pan and sear 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove steaks from pan and set aside.
- Add butter to pan and reduce heat to medium. Cook until butter begins to brown, then add sage and sliced garlic. Immediately remove from heat and set aside.
- Remove sheet pan from oven.
- Make 4 wells in gnocchi mixture and place a steak in each well.
- Return sheet pan to oven and cook for 5 minutes or until steaks have reached 125° F, or desired doneness.
- Remove sheet pan from oven; rest 5 minutes and serve topped with garlic and sage brown butter

- 4 (6 oz.) Omaha Steaks Faroe Islands Salmon Fillets, thawed and patted dry
- 1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 12 baby bell peppers, seeded and sliced or 1bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olive oil
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoon fresh or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup pre-made tzatziki sauce or recipe below
- 4 naan, toasted if desired
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Tzatziki Sauce (if not purchased pre-made)
- Mix Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place covered bowl in refrigerator until needed, up to 24 hours in advance.
Mediterranean Sheet Pan Salmon
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Line a sheet tray with foil or parchment paper and place salmon 1” apart.
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, oregano, and seasoned salt in a medium bowl.
- Brush mixture over salmon.
- Add sliced onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and kalamata olives to remaining mixture in bowl. Stir to coat then pour evenly around salmon.
- Place salmon on center rack in oven; bake for 15-18 minutes or until salmon reaches 145° F.
- Serve salmon topped with tzatziki sauce, crumbled feta, and toasted naan.
