Mustard-Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Boneless Pork Chops tahwed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high.
- Place the soy sauce, sherry, mustard, lime juice, thyme, garlic salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk together to create mustard glaze.
- Brush the pork chops on both sides with the glaze and grill over high heat for 5-6 minutes. Flip pork chops, brush with glaze again, and grill 5-6 minutes longer or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove from grill and brush again with remainder of glaze; rest a few minutes before serving.
