Mustard-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Boneless Pork Chops tahwed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to high.
  • Place the soy sauce, sherry, mustard, lime juice, thyme, garlic salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk together to create mustard glaze.
  • Brush the pork chops on both sides with the glaze and grill over high heat for 5-6 minutes. Flip pork chops, brush with glaze again, and grill 5-6 minutes longer or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove from grill and brush again with remainder of glaze; rest a few minutes before serving.
