Ingredients

  • ¼ c. salted butter
  • ¼ c. duck fat
  • ½ tsp. fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ anchovy filet minced
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Heat on low 3-5 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from heat and serve.
