Barbeque Marinated Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 8 5 oz. Omaha Steaks Air-Chilled Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 1/2 cups barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons canned chipotle in adobo sauce, puréed
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Instructions
- To make marinade, combine barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, puréed chipotle in adobo sauce, black pepper, and kosher salt in a medium bowl and mix until well incorporated.
- Reserve half a cup of marinade; place thawed chicken breasts in large Ziploc bag and add remainder of marinade.
- Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade bag, set remainder of marinade aside, and grill chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit as per a meat thermometer
- Brush cooked chicken with remaining marinade before serving.
