When it comes pork, nothing is more versatile than a thick boneless pork chop. You can bake, pan-fry, broil, or grill pork chops for a quick and delicious meal. But did you know you can air fry a pork chop? The results are incredible! Air fried pork chops are crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Learn how to cook pork chops in the air fryer and have a high-protein dinner ready in just 15 minutes!

How to Cook Pork Chops in the Air Fryer 

Follow the tutorial for the best way to cook our lean and juicy boneless pork chops in the air fryer.

1. Thaw Pork Chops Completely 

Our center-cut, boneless pork chops arrive individually packaged (perfect for portion control) and frozen. For thorough cooking it’s important to completely defrost the meat. You can thaw overnight in the refrigerator or use the quick thaw method. Simply place the sealed pork chops in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes or until meat is defrosted.

2. Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F 

Pork chops cook to perfection in the air fryer at 375°F. Preheat your air fryer while you prepare your pork chops.

3. Season Pork Chops

Before placing your pork chops in the air fryer, be sure to season them. Remove pork chops from packaging and pat dry with a paper towel. 4. Place on Air Fryer Rack, Leaving 1” between Pork Chops

Place your raw, seasoned pork chops on the air fryer rack in a single layer, leaving 1” between portions. The air fryer cooks by circulating hot air, so it’s essential to leave enough room to allow all sides of the pork chop to get crispy and cook thoroughly.

5. Cook 10-12 Minutes, Flipping Once

For our 6 oz. boneless pork chops, the air fry cooking time is 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. This ensures both sides of the pork chop are crispy and delicious.

How Do You Know When Air Fried Pork Chops Are Done? 

Overcooking pork chops is a common mistake and will result in a dry, flavorless dish. Insert a meat thermometer to the thickest part of the pork chop. Pork is safe to consume when the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

6. Rest and Enjoy!
