  • Combine barbecue sauce, Jim Beam Black® Bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, and honey in a medium bowl and mix until well incorporated.
  • Put all but 1/2 cup of marinade in a resealable bag with thawed steaks.
  • Marinate steaks at least 12 hours and up to 2 days in refrigerator.
  • Remove steaks from bag and discard used marinade.
  • Season steaks with salt and pepper, then cook to your desired doneness via your preferred cooking method or refer to our helpful guide on how to cook steak.
  • Brush cooked steaks with remaining marinade just before serving.
