How to Prepare the Shrimp
To prepare shrimp for cooking, we recommend thawing by one of two methods: refrigerator thawing or the cold-water method. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight by removing the shrimp from the bag and placing in a strainer with a plate underneath. Once defrosted, rinse well and drain. For faster thawing, remove shrimp from bag and place in a large bowl of cold water for approximately 10-20 minutes or until thawed. Make sure to use shrimp within 24 hours of thawing.
How to Make Shrimp on the Barbie
This recipe couldn’t be simpler! Prep and serve in under 20 minutes, this dish is perfect when you are looking for a scrumptious meal in a crunch. - 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Omaha Steaks Seasoning
- 4 wedges fresh lemon

- Preheat grill to high.
- Place shrimp In a bowl and toss with olive oil and Omaha Steaks Seasoning.
- Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes per side, depending on size of shrimp.
- Serve with a wedge or fresh lemon on the side.
