Orange-Glazed King Salmon
Ingredients
Orange Glaze
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange preserves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated ginger
Salmon Fillets
- 8 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Columbia River King Salmon Fillets thawed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Omaha Steaks Signature Seafood Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, green part only, thinly sliced
- Orange glaze
Instructions
Orange Glaze
- Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and whisk until combined. Simmer until sauce reduces by 1/3 and thickens. Set aside.
Salmon Fillets
- Preheat grill to 350 to 370 degrees Fahrenheit and set up for indirect heat.
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towel, then evenly coat with olive oil.
- Add salmon fillets to a water-soaked cedar plank skin-side down and season with Omaha Steaks Signature Seafood Seasoning.
- Place cedar planks on grill over indirect heat and close lid. Allow salmon to roast for 20-30 minutes, depending on your doneness preference.
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking, glaze salmon with orange glaze, then close lid and allow them to finish cooking.
- Remove cedar planks from grill and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve family-style on planks along with Omaha Steaks Steakhouse Cream Corn.

Teriyaki Salmon Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Faroe Islands Salmon Fillets thawed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 4 cups sticky rice, prepared
- 4 baby bok choy, quartered and steamed
- 2 avocados, diced
- Sesame seeds, to garnish
- Green onion, thinly sliced, to garnish
- Lime slices, to garnish
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, and cornstarch until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking dish, then pour mixture over salmon and toss to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook salmon for 15-17 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Evenly divide sticky rice among 4 serving bowls. Top with salmon, baby bok choy, and avocados, then garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and lime slices and serve.

Ingredients
- 2 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Faroe Islands Salmon Fillets thawed
- 2 3 oz. Gourmet Crab Cakes thawed
- Salt
- Pepper

- Juice from half lemon, to finish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut a slit lengthwise down the center of each salmon fillet to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Place one crab cake into each slit.
- Add to lightly oiled baking sheet or oven-proof pan and bake for 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Garnish with parsley and finish with fresh-squeezed lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 4 5.5 oz. Omaha Steaks Bourbon-Glazed Salmon Fillets thawed
- 1 1/4 cups fresh baby spinach

- 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 medium shallots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place salmon fillets on baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 6 oz. Omaha Steak Faroe Island Salmon Fillets thawed
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, blanched and halved
- 3 sprigs rosemary, torn
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 firm red apple, diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- On a large baking sheet, add and toss sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, rosemary, shallots, garlic, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- Roast for 20 minutes while preparing dressing.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together remaining olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add apple and cranberries to baking sheet.
- Add salmon to baking sheet and drizzle with prepared sauce.
- Bake for an additional 12 to 15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

Smoked-Salmon Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Omaha Steaks Cold Smoked Salmon thawed
- 2 slices bakery sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 medium ripe avocados
- Smoke flaked salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 soft-to-medium poached eggs
- Thinly sliced red onion, to finish
- Whole capers, to finish
- Fresh dill, to finish
Instructions
- Brush bread slices with olive oil and toast until golden.
- Scoop out 1 avocado, add to small bowl, smash with fork until smooth, season to taste with flaked salt and black pepper, then spread over one slice of toast. Repeat for second avocado and toast slice.
- Top each slice with 2 oz. smoked salmon, then top with 1 poached egg.
- Garnish with red onion, capers, and fresh dill. Serve immediately.

Fire-Roasted Salmon
- 4 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Faroe Islands Salmon Fillets thawed

- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 4 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3 scallions, green part only, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Date-Glaze
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup date syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
Instructions
Date-Glaze
- Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk until glaze is well combined and allow to simmer until the sauce reduces by 1/3 and thickens. Set aside and keep warm.
Fire-Roasted Salmon
- Preheat grill to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and set up for indirect heat.
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towel, then evenly coat with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets on water-soaked cedar plank and season with kosher salt.
- Evenly coat each fillet with light brown sugar.
- Place cedar plank on grill over indirect heat and close lid. Allow fillets to roast for 12-15 minutes, depending on doneness preference.
- Remove cedar plank from grill. Drizzle warm date glaze and finish with scallions, sesame seeds, and black pepper.

- 4 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Wild Alaskan Skin-On Sockeye Salmon Fillets, thawed
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- Fresh cilantro, to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place on the grill skin-side down and cook on each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium doneness.
- As the salmon cooks, prepare the salsa. In a large bowl, toss together corn, red onion, tomatoes, avocado, olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, salt and pepper until well combined.
- Plate salmon and top with a generous portion of salsa. Garnish with cilantro

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cucumber, shredded
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 12 baby bell peppers, seeded and sliced or 1bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olive oil
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoon fresh or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup pre-made tzatziki sauce or recipe below
- 4 naan, toasted if desired
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Tzatziki Sauce (if not purchased pre-made)
- Mix Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place covered bowl in refrigerator until needed, up to 24 hours in advance.
Mediterranean Sheet Pan Salmon
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Line a sheet tray with foil or parchment paper and place salmon 1” apart.
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, oregano, and seasoned salt in a medium bowl.
- Brush mixture over salmon.
- Add sliced onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and kalamata olives to remaining mixture in bowl. Stir to coat then pour evenly around salmon.
- Place salmon on center rack in oven; bake for 15-18 minutes or until salmon reaches 145° F.
- Serve salmon topped with tzatziki sauce, crumbled feta, and toasted naan.
